This page describes how Cropmotive handles data. It is a plain-language summary and not legal advice; a signed agreement governs any paid engagement.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email, company, facility information), operational data you connect (camera imagery, sensor readings, equipment events, feeding history) and standard technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To deliver the platform: score plant health, interpret environment readings, generate recommendations, run automations you have authorised, and support your team. We do not sell personal data or operational data.
Your data stays yours
Facility data is scoped to your organisation. It is not used to generate recommendations for other operations, and it is exportable at any time.
Retention
Retention windows for imagery and derived health data are configurable per account. When a window elapses, data is deleted on that schedule. Account records are kept while the account is active.
Sharing
We use infrastructure and communication providers to operate the service. They process data only on our instruction. We disclose data otherwise only where legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
