Terms of Service
A plain-language summary of the terms for using Cropmotive. A signed agreement governs any paid engagement.
Using the service
Cropmotive provides monitoring, diagnostics, recommendations and optional automation for controlled-environment growing operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facility configuration you provide.
Recommendations
Recommendations are decision support. Responsibility for crop outcomes, compliance and food safety remains with the operator.
Automation
Automated actions run only for zones you have explicitly enabled, within limits you configure. You are responsible for setting safe limits and for the physical safety of connected equipment.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for the actions taken by users you invite.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of the data you connect. We retain ownership of the platform, models and software.
Fees
Subscription fees are billed per site as set out in your order. Plan changes take effect from the next billing period unless agreed otherwise.
Termination
Either party may end a subscription at the end of a billing period. On termination you may request a full export of your data.
